These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Enter Point Slovenia web portal and define the rights and obligations between RETRODESIGN d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Provider) and the users or subscribers of the services (hereinafter referred to as the Subscriber).
By accessing or using the services available on the Enter Point Slovenia portal, the Subscriber agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The Provider holds all copyright and related intellectual property rights related to the portal, its design, software, and other elements unless otherwise stated.
The services and selected content on the Enter Point Slovenia portal are generally available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
However, the Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict access to the portal for the purposes of:
system maintenance,
technical upgrades,
equipment replacement,
security improvements.
The Provider shall not be liable for temporary unavailability of the services due to technical reasons.
By purchasing or renewing a subscription for web solutions offered through the portal, the Subscriber obtains the following rights during the subscription period:
access to the selected web services available on the Enter Point Slovenia portal;
the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the subscribed services;
customer support via telephone or email, where applicable, within the scope specified in the invoice.
The Subscriber obtains only the right of use of the provided services and does not acquire ownership or intellectual property rights related to the services.
The subscription agreement is concluded for a period of one (1) year.
If the Subscriber does not renew the subscription before its expiration date, the associated website or service will be automatically deactivated.
The Provider reserves the right to deactivate services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Subscribers are solely responsible for the content published on their presentation pages within the Enter Point Slovenia portal.
The Subscriber agrees that all published content:
must be accurate, truthful, and up to date;
must not be unlawful, misleading, harmful, offensive, or morally inappropriate;
must not infringe any intellectual property rights or other legal rights of third parties.
The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
hate speech,
incitement to violence,
promotion of discrimination based on race, nationality, religion, gender, or other personal characteristics,
any content violating the Constitution of the Republic of Slovenia or applicable laws.
Upon request from competent authorities or lawful copyright holders, the Provider reserves the right to remove disputed content.
In cases of repeated violations, the Provider may terminate the Subscriber’s account without refunding the subscription fee.
The Provider shall not be liable for:
the content published by Subscribers,
the origin or legality of such content,
any damages resulting from the use of the portal or services by Subscribers or third parties.
The Provider provides the services “as available” and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
The Provider processes personal data in accordance with:
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR),
applicable Slovenian personal data protection legislation.
Personal data may include:
company name,
name and surname,
address,
email address,
telephone number,
other information necessary for providing the services.
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
providing and managing subscription services,
communication with Subscribers,
sending service-related notifications,
compliance with legal obligations.
The legal basis for processing personal data may include:
performance of a contract,
legitimate interest of the Provider,
consent of the user where required by law.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary for providing services.
In accordance with the GDPR, users have the following rights regarding their personal data:
the right of access to personal data,
the right to rectification of inaccurate data,
the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
the right to restrict processing,
the right to data portability,
the right to object to processing.
Requests related to personal data protection may be submitted to the Provider using the contact information listed above.
Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or from the use of the Enter Point Slovenia portal shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The Provider reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the Enter Point Slovenia portal and will become effective upon publication.
