Homestay Razman, Gračišče, which boasts with a long family tradition, is located on the Istrian wine road, in the beautiful and peaceful countryside environment. They offer a restaurant serving traditional Istrian cuisine such as homemade Istrian prosciutto, pancetta, goat cheese, dumplings, noodles, ravioli, pork fillet, homemade bread, olive oil and wine. They are devoting special attention to seasonal dishes:

They have several dining rooms and a winter garden, which can accommodate up to 130 guests. They organize various celebrations such as weddings, anniversaries, meetings….
For organized meetings Homestay Razman, Gračišče, can offered a multipurpose hall with audio-visual equipment. They also prepare »slow food« menu with selected wines.

Moreover we can offer you comfortable accommodation in our nearby house. You can choose among breakfast, half or full board. Our place is an excellent starting-point for sightseeing or cycling in our beautiful surroundings.
Vineyards and familiar vinicultural tradition:
We own five hectares of vineyards and produce mainly Refošk and Malvazija, two indigenous Istrian wine sorts, Muškat, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot and Maločrn. All of the wines and olive oil (about 100 olive trees, mainly Istrian belica) are offered in our restaurant and wine cellar where we also arrange wine and oil tastings.
