Our story began in 1987, when Ivan\u2014a dedicated farmer, cheesemaker, forester, and artist\u2014and his wife Ivana, a gifted cook and gardener, opened the doors to their home. Though now retired, they\u2019ve passed the farm into the capable hands of their children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bo\u0161tjan now leads the farm and manages the animals. Ana brings creativity and tradition to the kitchen, inspired by her mother\u2019s legacy. Alenka takes care of day-to-day operations and communication, alongside her husband Janko, who helps maintain the property. Their children\u2014Eva, \u017dan, Tinkara, and Lovro\u2014fill the farm with laughter, life, and a new generation of passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
