Tucked away in the heart of Triglav National Park, in the municipality of Bovec, our family-run tourist farm Jelinčič offers a rejuvenating retreat in one of Slovenia’s most breathtaking natural settings. Just a short walk from the emerald Soča River, our peaceful surroundings invite you to disconnect, recharge, and dive into a world of outdoor adventures, local traditions, and culinary delights.
In addition to our cozy apartments and rooms, Camp Jelinc Soča Valley, Slovenia offers a well-kept grassy campsite for tents, as well as dedicated spaces for camper vans. The camp features four covered fire pits—perfect for relaxing evenings, storytelling, or tasting our signature grilled sheep cheese.

For generations, our farm has offered a deep connection to Slovenian nature, culture, and cuisine. We produce our own sheep cheese, cottage cheese, and cured meats, and we take pride in spoiling our guests with home-style meals made from ingredients grown or raised right here on the farm.
Our story began in 1987, when Ivan—a dedicated farmer, cheesemaker, forester, and artist—and his wife Ivana, a gifted cook and gardener, opened the doors to their home. Though now retired, they’ve passed the farm into the capable hands of their children.
Boštjan now leads the farm and manages the animals. Ana brings creativity and tradition to the kitchen, inspired by her mother’s legacy. Alenka takes care of day-to-day operations and communication, alongside her husband Janko, who helps maintain the property. Their children—Eva, Žan, Tinkara, and Lovro—fill the farm with laughter, life, and a new generation of passion.
Whether you’re looking for peace and quiet or your next adrenaline rush, the surroundings of Camp Jelinc Soča Valley, Slovenia have something for everyone. From rafting, kayaking, horseback riding, and zip lining, to archery, hiking, cycling, swimming, and rock climbing, the possibilities are endless.
